Legal Advice For Employees

We can advise you on difficulties you may be experiencing at work and assist and guide you through a grievance or disciplinary hearing. If you feel that you are being unfairly treated at work we can help you.

If you have been given a settlement agreement by your employers to terminate your employment we can guide you through the process and advise you on the terms meaning and legal effect. It is customary for your employers to pay a contribution towards the legal fees for advising on the terms of the agreement. If you wish us to negotiate with your employer to improve the terms of the agreement, we are happy to do this for you and will provide you with a cost to do so.

From the 6th May 2014 if you are contemplating bringing a claim to an Employment Tribunal you must first complete an early notification form and submit this to ACAS. If your employer is willing ACAS can conciliate and encourage your employer to settle a claim.
