Civil Litigation and Personal Injury Department
Trevor qualified in 1976 and joined Knowles Benning in 1986. After a few years in general practice, and later in criminal law, Trevor now specialises in civil litigation.
The majority of his work is taken up with personal injury claims in which he acts for the individual claimants. His cases often involve serious injuries including psychiatric damage, brain injuries and workplace accidents. Trevor also undertakes some clinical negligence cases and general civil litigation such as contract disputes, nuisance, trespass and other disputes.
Trevor sees things very much from his client’s point of view and is very proactive in pursuing cases. If negotiation is not succeeding, he moves on quickly to take the matter to Court.
He is a litigation member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and in their specialist interest group on costs and funding.
